“Our Halloween Tour is a great way to celebrate the season. Bring your kids in costume! We will first visit the largest community garden in the Bronx, Bissel Gardens in the north Bronx. Lunch will be served along the Hutchinson River in Co-op City’s new community garden, Rivers Run. Finally, we’ll visit the College Avenue Community Garden to decorate pumpkins.”

Gravestones and Goth: Cemetery Walk and Classic Horror Literature Readings

“Fact or fiction? Take a guided, candle-lit stroll to the Pell grave site and learn the true story of Goodwife Pell’s involvement in a 1650s witchcraft trial.

Continue the exploration of the supernatural throughout history with staged readings of 19th-century horror literature in the mansion parlors. Cemetery walk begins at 6:00 p.m.”
